Montblanc Pen Daniel Defoe Writers Edition
Pays tribute to Daniel Defoe, writer, pamphleteer and English journalist best known to be the author of "Robinson Crusoe" (1719), the story of a shipwrecked on an island. Defoe is considered one of the fathers of the English novel. For his part, "Robinson Crusoe" marked the beginning of realistic fiction as a literary genre. The shape recalls the train with which Crusoe tried to escape from the abandoned island. The pattern evokes the grain of the wood and the details are inspired by the original cover of the book "Robinson Crusoe". The clip is a feather, in reference to the faithful companion of Robinson Crusoe, his parrot.
