Article 7: Returning withdrawal and methods

In accordance with the legislation in force, you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to retract from its order.

The Internet user can contact SARL Le Twenty-seven in order to obtain a return agreement. The return costs remain the responsibility of the Internet user who will provide their dispatch because SARL cannot be responsible in the event of loss or theft.

After this 14-day withdrawal period, the products delivered will be deemed to comply and accepted by the Customer, and SARL LE TOURT-SEPT reserves the right to refuse exchange, reimbursement or to have it.

Exception to the right of withdrawal:

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:

- the contracts for the supply of goods which have been unconstruction by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is enough that you transmit your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Please note: in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have bought personalized products or in the case of sealed items which have been opened after their delivery and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
