Article 6: Delivery conditions and deadlines - Shipping costs
1. Delivery in mainland France + Monaco:
. Colissimo followed 48-72 hours from shipment from Monday to Saturday for recharges and ink cartridges, as well as other small products: € 6.90 for a basket of an amount less than 25 € TTC
. Colissimo followed 48-72h: free beyond € 25 including tax
Chronopost 24 hours from shipment from Monday to Saturday: € 9.90, available delivery option for a basket in a minimum amount of € 50
2. Delivery in Belgium:
Chronopost Express International: 24 hours to 48 hours from shipment Monday to Saturday: 25 €
3. Delivery in Switzerland:
Chronopost Express International: 24h to 48 hours from shipment Monday to Saturday: 45 €
4. Delivery in the Netherlands:
Chronopost Express International: 24 hours to 48 hours from shipment Monday to Saturday: 25 €
5. International delivery:
Chronopost Express International: 24h to 48 hours from shipment Monday to Saturday: 45 €
6. General provisions:
Orders validated before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Beyond that, they will be shipped the following 1st working day.
The above delivery times are based on the delivery date of the goods. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (including those specific to Alsace Moselle) are to be added to the initial delivery time.
The responsibility of SARL Le Vingt-seven cannot be engaged in the event of delay in delivery, for any cause whatsoever. In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery of more than 7 days, you benefit from the possibility of canceling your order within 60 working days. If necessary, if the delivery of the product takes place after the cancellation, we will refund the product and go to the first leg; And this upon receipt of the product by us and in its original state, the package does not have to be opened. Please note, however, that in the return of the package, the return costs are the responsibility of the Internet user.
When receiving your package, it is imperative to check the general condition of the package.
The user must imperatively notify the carrier and SARL the twenty-seven all the reserves on the products delivered (for example: damaged, already open package, etc.). If the products were damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery. If necessary, the user must inform SARL the twenty-seven in writing within a maximum of 48 hours from refusal.
