The Meisterstück collection the World in 80 Days is inspired by the famous adventure novel by Jules Verne. The LEGRAND BOOD LEGRAND SOLITARIE PLUM pen evokes the second part of the trip, from Bombay to Yokohama. Wood refers to the scene where Mr. Fogg saves Princess Aouda, forced to commit Sati. In this part of the adventure, the main characters travel on the back of a majestic elephant, represented in a cartridge on the cap. The cap and the body of the writing instrument sport a engraved pattern. The staple is decorated with a red lacquered tile, while the cone is engraved with a pattern inspired by the jewelry of Princess Aouda and card signs. On the top of the cap is the duration of the embossed trip, 80 days, including 25 from Bombay to Yokohama. The writing instrument has an 18 k hand -made gold feather, adorned with a hot air balloon and dates "20/10" and "14/11": MR FOGG leaves Bombay at 8:00 p.m. October 20, then left Yokohama at 6:00 p.m. on November 14.
