The Meisterstück collection the World in 80 Days is inspired by the famous adventure novel by Jules Verne. The Plume Limited Edition 811 Plume Pen in black tinted ebony returns to the second part of the trip, from Bombay to Yokohama. Wood refers to the scene where Mr. Fogg saves Princess Aouda, forced to commit Sati. The wooden body is decorated with an 18 k gold inlays representing the 5 coins of the Qing dynasty. In this part of the adventure, the protagonists cross the Indian jungles on the back of a majestic elephant, scene illustrated on the 18 k gold cartridge encrusted in the hood in solid silver 925. The cap and the body of the instrument of 'Writing wear a engraved pattern composed of strain symbols. The clip is decorated with red lacquered tile cards, while the cone is engraved with a pattern and a card game, which represent the bet of Mr Fogg to go around the world in 80 days.
