Montblanc watch 1858 GMT

While most GMT watches indicate the second time zone by means of an additional needle, the Montblanc 1858 GMT presents its indication of GMT without needles, in an extremely intuitive and legible way. The Montblanc 1858 GMT indicates the second time zone by a red square which moves along the outside of the dial. The red square is positioned next to a fixed blue anodized aluminum bezel enhanced with a 24 -hour clock. This system also indicates half hours. The other functions include the date and the central seconds. The watch, sheltered in a 42 mm stainless steel housing, is equipped with a sole black dial and an interchangeable tapel stainless steel bracelet with a precise adjustment system. The engraving on the bottom represents the continents, the oceans and names of cities located in each of the 24 time zones, offering an indication of the universal hours.
