In 2022, Montblanc paid tribute to a large 20th century musician, considered by many to be one of the most influential electric guitar players in the history of popular music: Jimi Hendrix. The cap in precious broken white resin is engraved with a pattern inspired by one of the guitar straps carried by Hendrix, while the black body is decorated with an elegant pattern recalling a Wah-Wah pedal. The platform clip is tilted like the vibrato of an electric guitar. The Montblanc emblem which adorns the top of the cap is made of precious resin.
