Montblanc launches a special edition of his iconic Meisterstück collection in honor of an icon of culture: the director, producer, teacher and author Shelton Jackson "Spike" Lee. Inspired by the emblematic style of the American filmmaker, the limited edition writing instrument celebrates its singular route, from its native district of Brooklyn to its triumph as an outstanding director and outstanding storyteller. The cabinet includes a Meisterstück 146 feather pen, a notebook made in a superb leather and an ink bottle. Launched in 1924, the Meisterstück feather pen 146 became a symbol of the eternal inheritance of Montblanc writing culture. Limited to only 500 pieces in the world, the new special edition Meisterstück Spike Lee in black precious resin and the Ruthenié attributes is decorated with the eyes and glasses so recognizable of Spike Lee in a bright purple, the favorite color of the director. The SPIKE LEE signature is engraved on the 14K gold 14K gold feather. The special editing cabinet includes Meisterstück feather pen, a leather notebook with purple glasses design and a special purple ink in a glass bottle.
